At Cloversoul we have worked hard to ensure that placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple.


Ordering
Ordering is easy and you can do it in seven different ways:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and JCB debit through World Pay.

World Pay is owned and run by the Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the biggest banks in the UK. They use the latest secure technologies to enable our customers to shop online with confidence.

Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to EDT Ltd.

Online Ordering Safety
Your safety is guaranteed because beta.cloversoul.co.uk uses the latest measures to protect your security when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

 

Dispatch & delivery of orders

We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) on the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Most orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day - except Fridays. All orders are made in our workshop by hand and we ask for 20 working days upto dispatch to mainland UK addresses at busy times. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, so you should normally receive your items the following working day - but please allow up to 20 working days after you have placed your order. My Jewellery hasn't arrived yet, where is it?
Every item posted is sent Royal Mail special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we can provide by request. If your item has not arrived within a few days after we have informed you of despatch please let us know. We will contact Royal Mail to find out if the item has been delivered and if not where it is. As we all know these days items do get lost in the post occasionally but as everything is insured we can claim the costs back once Royal Mail agree that the item has gone missing in the post and have a replacement item sent to you.

 

Overseas Orders Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for products, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company. Delivery times for overseas orders will vary from country to country but can upto be 30 working days after the order has been placed. Taking into account the handmade nature of the product and international delivery schedules.

 

Collection of Order

If you wish to collect your order personally, you can arrange this with us via one of our retail stockists.

 

Complaints

Returns and Refunds

...are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us to arrange a return.

 

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item which for whatever reason is faulty, please contact us by telephone (on 0161 850 0001 ) or email (at info@cloversoul.co.uk ). You must inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. If you wish to return goods please contact us for advice on the best method to use. The company will refund the cost of postage.
